Principal Trainer: Harry Quek

International Trainer and platform speaker had challenged and impacted the lives of thousands of young people and corporate leaders in many countries. His rich experiences in communicating the heartaches and heartbeats to over 600 Million- Dollars-Round-Tables Insurance agents or one-to-one counseling reflects his genuine understanding and respect for his fellow human beings touch and make a permanent difference to their careers and lives. Harry specializes in Leadership Development. 
He went to Japan for training in sugar technology. While working, he was the Chairman of the Company’s Union and also the Vice-President of the Executive Committee of the Pioneer Industries Employees Union mediating in industrial disputes and negotiating Collective Agreements and improving workers benefits and welfare during the early 1970’s.

Spent some years working with an International Christian youth organization training and developing leaders from Hong Kong to Indonesia, initiating and pioneering new areas of programs to accomplish corporate objectives. E.g. Youth Guidance – Personally trained over 40 doctor and nurses to reach out to teenage patients after their duty hours. The patients were admitted because of suicide, terminal diseases, pregnancy, drug addictions, prostitution etc.

When he was Head of HR department in a European MNC, he combat the high turnover of over 70% per month by concentrating on seeking ways and means to address the production workers’ needs and concerns by walking and working on the floor 2 hours every day.

Since 1980’s, he left to start his own business, importing and distributing pet-food and pet products to pet-shops and also trained under William Koehler, the Chief Animal Trainer for Walt Disney’s Studio for 21 years in California, USA.

For the last few years, he went back to his original calling and passion in the training of people in the different industries and institutions.

Harry would encourage the ideas share by the participants, expand on it so that they would understand and appreciate more deeply the things they already knew. His unique ability to draw timeless truths and principles from his experiences, and then share with others in such clear and simple way that their lives and thinking are changed forever.

Well known for communicating from his heart, his sincerity, friendliness and understanding of his audience endears him to many and makes him a well sought after speaker. Many of the participants have become his friends.
