Hi Harry,
Sometime back I went to see you at Bishan (near Ivan optic shop) regarding my son myopic condition. Since then my son myopic is "gone". He is not bringing his spec to school any more. I have been doing eye massage and exercise for him. Same goes with my wife. As for me I need to work harder as my power have not gone down much.

Dear Mr. Quek
I attended your workshop last Sunday the 29th in Bangkok at Kristia's (I was the lady with the baby) at first it was more out of curiosity , however I did try the exercises  the next day  whenever I was feeding the baby, taking a walk outside  etc. and  did the massage before bed, the next morning (today) I woke up and noticed (much to my surprise) that the usual blur was gone and I could see things in the distance  that normally are hazy. (like a camera that was out of focus starting to be clear). So I continued a large part of my day without wearing my glasses, could fry an egg without wearing them (which I could never do before) and feed the baby his breakfast etc. My question is how often should I wear my glasses now? I don't want to ruin my progress yet I don't want to overstrain my eyes. I do seem to need them writing or typing on the computer. Should I use them like reading -glasses? It seems to be uncomfortable to wear them too long.

Thank you again for your workshop, it was indeed eye opening,
Sincerely,  Suradet Pasomthong (Bangkok)1st September 2004
