Question: Can the exercises really help improve your vision?
Answer: Exercises have helped thousands of people with vision problems just like you to see better. The results are astounding. If you are willing to spend 15 minutes a day or more every day, you can enjoy better vision than you ever dreamed of having. You can return to the vision you once had.

Question: Are the exercises hard to do?

Answer: The exercises are so simple; you won’t believe how easy they are and fun to do.

Question: How much time do I have to spend?
Answer: About 15 minutes. You might want to see results faster, you will have to increase the exercising period. But, the best part of it is this: You can exercise your eyes at times when you normally be wasting time anyway.
Examples: When you are standing in line (queuing), traveling [in vehicles, car, bus, train and plane] or eating breakfast/lunch, waiting for someone or even brushing your teeth.
